written by interosita1, about Urraco engine bay lights 09/06 -These lights appear to exist in switched and unswitched versions. The switched version was used on the Urraco and Countach LP400 (PartNo. 006309359) and Maserati Mistral (Part No. 109 - BL 56628). They where also used on the Masterati 5000GT (only 35 made, a very rarecar!). The unswitched version was used on the Countach LP400 and Jarama (Part No. 006605021). Althought the bases and bezels are obviously different, the lenses for both types appear to be identical. The bases and bezels seem to be almost impossible to find now, but reproductions of the lenses are available from Re-Originals (Part No.L0403XD) at the link :- http://www.reoriginals.com/ A common problem with these lights is incorrect replacement of the bulb with an over wattage alternative, which melts the lenses(expensive). I believe they must be replaced with 12v 3W (three watt) bulbs, with a connection cap at each end. These bulbs are hard to find now, and I would be interesed if anyone knew of a source able to send to the UK. Regards to all. interosita1
